Flour Shop is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic PART-time baker to join our team! This person should be fast, precise and likes to work in a fun fast-paced environment. We need this person to make and bake our cakes and frostings for our decorating team. This person will also be helping to test new recipes.

The ideal candidate will:

- Follow recipes to create perfect cakes and frostings.

- Have a positive, high energy, friendly, enthusiastic, team-oriented attitude.

- Be professional, reliable, organized and efficient, with excellent time management skills.

- Be able to handle high pressure and volume, and work quickly while still maintaining attention to detail.

- Be able to follow instructions and direction, and have excellent communication skills.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2+ years in a professional kitchen with high-volume

- Degree in culinary arts preferred, but not mandatory

- Food Handler's certificate a plus

-Covid-19 vaccinated

- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs

- Open-availability - weekdays, weekends, and holidays
