Flour Shop is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic FULL-time ice creamer to join our team! This person should be fast, precise and likes to work in a fun fast-paced environment. We need this person to make our ice cream as well as help test new recipes!

The ideal candidate will:

- Follow recipes to create perfect batches of ice cream.

- Have a positive, high energy, friendly, enthusiastic, team-oriented attitude.

- Be professional, reliable, organized and efficient, with excellent time management skills.

- Be able to handle high pressure and volume, and work quickly while still maintaining attention to detail.

- Be able to follow instructions and direction, and have excellent communication skills.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2+ years in a professional kitchen with high-volume

- Degree in culinary arts preferred, but not mandatory

- Food Handler's certificate a plus

-Covid-19 vaccinated

- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs

- Open-availability - weekdays, weekends, and holidays
